ORDERING
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information. 

What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  We also accept Paypal

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Hawaii (Oahu 4.5%,  other islands 4%).

I am purchasing a gift.  Does the packing ship show the price?
No.  We never include an invoice with the package.  Your confirmation order is your record of payment.

Can I add a gift message?
Yes.  A gift message can be added with your order.  A text box is available during check out.  The gift message will appear on the packing slip.

SHIPPING POLICY
Zooper Babies uses UPS, USPS or Fed Ex Ground for most shipping within the contiguous 48 states.  For Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, ground shipping is unavailable.  Rates are available upon request.  If you wish to RUSH SHIPPING, we offer 2nd Day Air and Overnight for an additional charge.  RUSH DELIVERY RATES will be an option at checkout. 

When will my order ship?
We normally ship within 3-5 business days.  Personalized items will vary in production time.  Please see “Product Details” for production times.  In some cases, you may receive multiple packages.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to Canada?
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States and U.S. territories.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States, U.S. territories.

Will the items ship together?
In order to provide our wide range of products, some items may ship separately.  You will be billed only one shipping charge.

OUR GUARANTEE
At Zooper Babies, we pride ourselves on high quality items ad hope that you will be pleased with your order.  We will accept returns within 30 days for items that are not personalized and are unused and in the original gift wrap and packaging.  Shipping charges are not refundable. 

In order to process a return, the person who ordered the gift must call with their order number and credit card information.  Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on the credit card.

Can I return personalized items?
No.  Gifts and personalized favors are non-refundable.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
No.  You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
